Reflexology works on reflex points on the feet to encourage the body to balance and relax. It is a non invasive, holistic treatment.

Follow up appointments continue to support the body and bring it into balance. I work intuitively during treatments and work on areas that I feel drawn to. This allows the treatments to be bespoke to each individual client and what they are needing in that moment.
